Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. It is closed on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Napoli's Italian Restaurant at (409) 227-4611; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 556 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Lumberton.

First time visit. Definitely won’t be the last. We had 2 lunch specials plus an appetizer. I usually like to wait to review until 2+ visits. This however was so very filling and extremely good. We started with an appetizer called Caprese Salad. I’ve had caprese many times at many places-this was fresh and terrific! The tomatoes were sliced thick. The basil was fresh and the mozzarella was excellent. The olive oil had that ‘fruity note’ that I love in a good olive oil. The balsamic glaze was not too sweet! Truly set the pace for an amazing meal. As it was lunch we didn’t have wine, but they have Ruffino Chianti which is one of our favorites. (For another day….). We had the lunch portion of chicken Parmesan and lunch portion of lasagna. Both were clearly made at order -not in a freezer or larger container just doled out. This definitely left us wanting to try more so we will be back. Only down side, I wish the rolls had been hot but still provided a good backdrop for the Caprese. Service quick, professional and attentive. Nice young ladies. I realize this place might have gotten some mixed reviews. But honestly we are already talking about taking family and visitors

I recently ordered the half tray of chicken fettuccine Alfredo from Napoli’s in Lumberton, and it completely exceeded expectations. The portion size was huge—easily enough to feed a group—with plenty of perfectly cooked pasta, creamy Alfredo sauce, and generous pieces of chicken. It also came with a fresh salad, lots of bread, and even plates and silverware included, which made serving incredibly convenient. Everything tasted great and felt like a true family-style meal. For the amount and quality of food you get, this is an amazing value. Napoli’s definitely delivered on both portion and flavor. Highly recommend for catering or feeding a crowd! There's no reason to not order local!

First, I would like to note that our waitress was extremely kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was not on, and with outside temperatures close to 80°F, the dining area was uncomfortably warm, with no fans or noticeable airflow. The food quality was very poor. The chicken fettuccine noodles were extremely mushy, with a texture similar to food that had been frozen and then defrosted. The chicken itself was overcooked, dry, and lacking flavor, placed on top of the noodles rather than incorporated into the dish. Overall, it was barely seasoned. The spinach and artichoke dip was overly thin, more like a soup, with large chunks of artichoke and shrimp. The rolls did not appear fresh. The cannelloni also seemed to have been previously frozen; the plate was extremely hot while the food itself was only lukewarm, which further affected the quality. While the service was excellent and the waitress was very pleasant, the food and atmosphere did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, we will absolutely not be returning.

Portions are good size and plenty per person. Food was cooked and season very well. The spicy pasta was different and delicious. The staff was attentive. We notice staff was very clean.

The service was excellent. Our waitress had a lot of ladies to serve. She did great. I had the fried calamari. I was good and so was the marinara sauce. I had a small ceaser salad. It didn't taste like a ceaser salad. It wasn't gross, though. I guess I was expecting a different flavor. A friend of mine got the lasagna. That was really good. A different waitress took our groups picture for us. That was nice of her. Thank you! I would like to go back and get a meal instead of just an appetizer. Once I do, I will update my review.
